I get your point.
I just don't understand how can Steve be so sensitive to peoples remarks. When you take on a role like the one he has, if you keep loosing - people will start to loose their patience. Especially if they loose money ( lots of money for some ).
The best satisfaction he can have is to prove all the naysayers wrong.
