Since this company is brand-new, on the conference call they should have just gotten things squared away and put to bed right now while they are young. They could have told investors why they took over these two shells and flat out said that Hipple has nothing to do with either one of these companies. They could've gave us the background story on why they decided to get into the business and why they decided to take over these shells and so on. Could have put so much bashing and speculation to bed right away. Could have explained all the toxic notes. Its a brand new penny stock both sitting sub penny. Just explain it, get it out of the way and move forward. These guys chose to ignore the elephant in the room.
