starman2, that is how I read the PR as well. However, Jason disagreed. Instead, he claimed the clean-up starts with the very first tree. So Hollund may build and deploy a TigerLynk as soon as possible. This project is a remediation which is a clean up. So their PR is kind of like Clinton talking about the meaning of is. What does "is" mean anyway?
