"I never promised you a rose garden... Along with the sunshine... " The only way I read this class action nonsense against CDFT is that the S-1 was not filed in a speedy manner suited to the Porsche/Lotus/Ferrari crowd. No filing, no news release has a clause in it stating a specific timeline.
