I have no idea where that reply came from, other an email from Perchy. If that makes everything official than so be it. Now it's funny that absolutely nothing that Samblis has said has played out, but you you want to take this one off the cuff message not only literally but as gospel. lol
I interpret it as he needed things to settle, show some income and regroup. Who knows how this will develop. If it develops. Simmer down and see what happens.
