Agreed on all counts-could be Geo selling restricted shares in violation of agreement w CWRN, as CWRN alleges-though thats been a matter of public knowledge at least since CWRN's 9-5-12 filing, which SEC should be aware of soon after said filing, due to SEC's targeting of CWRN

or mm's or brokers issuing counterfeit naked shorts-
remember in fall of 2011  a hedge fund was reportedly heavily shorting -naked shorting? CWRN -see 7-10-11's posts-and finra posted short volume was then consistently 65-95% every day for many months-

people prey on these low pennies because over probably 95% fail-but when CWRN was an extremely rare operational winner and the steep jan 2011 pps rise was killing shorts -so shorts merely pulled another trick out of their bags -which was to fraudulently shout to otc that CWRN had had a massive paid promo in jan 2011-when there was no promo ever since the mar 2010 failed promo designed to raise funds to begin operations to benefit longs -and CWRN couldnt remove ce because Geo was allegedly commingling and withholding funds

or even dtc itself issuing shares to cover failures to deliver- I havent checked just now to see whether there were any FTD's on CWRN in last year

in case of bcit or whatever- the subject of mads recent article, w 80m volume and only 675k shares physical certifcates, it would be easy to see unauthorized shares were out there - but w CWRN's low volume couldnt tell on that count

does seem odd on the heels of a judge dismissing ALL SEC counts against imo politically targeted CWRN earlier
