I noticed the leftover fuel inventory. The most logical explanation I can think of is that it is probably due to the upgrades to the site related to the ingress and egress of tanker traffic and the implementation of the speed loading rack.
That reconfiguration most likely impeded their ability to load trucks for a short time. I seriously doubt that it was due to an inability to sell the fuel as is the latest ridiculous conspiracy theory.
I also believe the slow ramp up of number three is due to the following: 1. Being meticulous about the collection of empirical data under highly controlled conditions. 2. Taking the time to Document and compile the empirical data into a format that can be both scientifically and economically verified by future customers and JV partners. Hence John Mention the cost to process "Crayolas Feed Stock" for 3 Pennies per Pound.
This process is ongoing but the best news is everything is working as expected. All of the nonsense about no progress is complete BS.
