Joe - I don't think of J. C. Penny
for anything.
So maybe that colors my opinion.
Uh and I have never listened to a Justin Bieber song.
Meaning I am likely not in the flow of things.
And there is this about JCP:
I am, old enough to remember Penny's as a nickle & dime store.
Along with Murphy's & then Kreske (which became K-mart right?)
for anything.
