I spoke with Mr. Nunez recently. There is no plans in the near future or if ever for a R/S. Notice that Mr Newhuis is still buying shares today. He is about 50 million shy of what the filings suggest he will buy up to the 800 million total. There is also an option for him to buy about 166 million more at a price of $.003 in the future.
Mr. Nunez said, "We don't need any money." Things are on track, the final diploma for both Salmonella and E coli are not in hand as of yet, but once the final testing by third party with agreed protocols get sent in to the third party, we can start selling machines. Once the agreed protocol is in the hands of the third party, at that time we we are effectively a done deal, imo. Keep in mind we can still sell machines for Listeria now, but I hear buyers seem to want all three at once thus, the company will be taking orders and gearing up to meet their needs while we wait for the protocol to be delivered, possibly this week even if not already. Physical certifications or diplomas as he used may not arrive until November.. Not far off.
We are connected to OSIS be sure. MMTC has an exclusive relationship with tehm for five years. They are trading ca $74.69.. They are a real deal!! :-)
