METATRON, Inc., and its mobile app division i-Mobilize, a top digital media developer and distributor with a focus on packaging content for release in digital form that can transform people's lives, announces its operating results for its third quarter 2013, ending September 30, 2013.
2013 Q3 Revenue was $176,897, a 14% increase from 2012 Q3 Revenue of $155,080. This marks the 6th consecutive quarter of revenue increases year-over-year (YOY).
Q3 2013 Net Income was $1,049, compared to Q3 2012 Net Income which was $14,684.
Total Expenses for the second quarter were $175,948, a 64% increase from $107,115, the Total Expenses for the same time period last year.

In the quarter, the company, via its mobile subsidiary i-Mobilize and its white label accounts, continued its ongoing development, updates, and deployment of content packaged as individual or Mega-Apps on both the Apple iOS and Google Play platforms.
The company released 10 new or updated Apps on the iOS and Android systems, 5 of which were Mega-Apps.

Metatron announced its 10th consecutive quarterly extension of the Moratorium on Authorized Share increase or reverse splits, this latest effective through Q4 2013 (December 31, 2013). The company has no plans to end either beyond that time frame.
