This is what leads me to my realistic expectations. I have no idea why anybody would have expectations that were other than a wish to hear how the failure points are being (or were) addressed and reassurances that they can be addressed, where those failure points occurred, and an updated business plan moving forward from here.
I will be very disappointed if I do not get clear communications on these points from the new management. Hoping for a change in transparency. But on this point I must admit to being pessimistic.
