Those 0.0005s selling under the bid, have garnered

Those 0.0005s selling under the bid, have garnered a lot negative attention. I’ve just been on the phone with a fellow trader, who has had a significant bid @ 0.0005 all day, since before the market opened. Guess what? No fills, not even partials.  He says his orders keep getting buried and put further down the list 304,152,912 shares moved today, with an hour to go, could we see some T trades registered today as well as late fills?
