As far as I can tell, Asher is converting very old notes and selling the f-ton of shares. We can thank Adolf Hipple for that. AEGY issued a PR early on addressing old notes didn't they? I'm not sure Benz Jan and Co. knew the extent of the pile they stepped in. SKTO share structure is clean it seems. I'm going to flip AEGY too. There should be a nice spike in the next month.
