This weak day was obviously expected.. but no volume could be a real problem with our new partners if OODH does not pick-up later this week.

Now is the time... the public investment community needs to show a little support. Just sayin'... we shall see throughout the remainder of the week how we fare on the closing of these two MEGA deals.
The Perfected Deal with Janet McGinty is not one of the major deals (see below) ... that deal was a verbal many weeks ago and now all we have done is perfect the contract between our two firms for Joint Venture in Real Estate, which is a deal for OODH to acquire 200 to 500 Single Family properties by December 2014 (about 1 year). It is a BIG deal to OODH shareholders though, as 200 SFR's would be about $25,000,000.00 in new OODH assets based on an average home price of $125,000 each. And the high end of 500 new SFR assets in our JV would be somewhere around $62,000,000.00 in new OODH assets.
