Yes they have in the past. Usually it was vert diluting and UBSS supporting. During the first huge round last year vert and ubss would hide shares and continuously sell. This time it is different. The difference could be the current ss and too dilute the remaining OS is not going to be a big secrete or comparable amount, as most retailers are expecting this. As far as an exodus being completed; it is very possible, by my calculations about four months ago, I suspected those buying three too four times their base, would have ended up with a 0.0006 average. This would be a break even point for those gamblers too exit, before the next hypothetical AS limit increase.
PS: PUMA was also involved hiding shares for about 2 0r 3 months as well last year.
