Last TX trial date was 11-4 but Oct 31 Geo filed a motion to withdraw its request for jury trial in apparent violation of a Texas rule requiring such a motion to be made 30 days prior to trial
So hearing on Geo's motion was scheduled for 8 a.m. Texas time today Nov 11
iggy indicates Geo now withdrew its motion-nothing showing on Texas site on my PC yet
