They can't use this A has to happen before B and C happen cause they had things finalized ahead of the news and they announced that the c class shares were in negotiations a couple months ago. And yes Jason is going to say they aren't converting because lonnie sold some of his c class shares to a third party and they are converting to cover dedt or because he needed the money. Either way shares seem to be converting or are being sold imo.
