(OTCBB: AEGY) announces that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the PharmaJanes™ marketing operation from iEquity Corp. and will be changing its business model to focus purely in the medical marijuana marketing space. AEGY will be changing its name to PharmaJanes, Inc and will no longer move forward with the previously announced 1:100 reverse split.
