BIG IF. Like an opium induced pipe dream "If".
I just don't see Alki biting to go public, esp by merging with PNCH. my thinking is, that there are so many legal battle faced by FilmOn at the moment. Becoming a public company and facing all the additional scrutiny would be something to avoid. Still it's a nice dream.
