CEO Walter Luce has now announced the name of the world class project. Rising India, Inc. owns a majority of Mayer Luce Corporation that will focus on the expansion of the Senior Living Community space. Walter Luce has been a leading force in the raw land entitlement process to complete build out of major projects from 100 unit condominium developments to building Country Club/Resort Communities throughout the Coachella Valley.
