This author should take themselves out of their misery and SELL and get a life that is a little bit more upbeat, and leave the depression behind. Best bit of advise I could give to someone who seems to lack trading skills.
If you own a stock it's probably because you liked the results of your DD.
If that changes then the best option is to sell, and buy when your DD says Buy.
