What about the good news being factored in i.e. Be

What about the good news being factored in i.e. Belize SJ #3 on the brink,  the new five wells, the better looking Q3 and yearly financials?  What happened to that "good news" being factored in already?  Why haven't we seen an increase in the PPS since the market should know it all by now.   We have a mixture of credibility issues combined with manipulations issues on this stock.  You are all talking about stock movement fundamentals of other stocks that were never under attack by NSS or manipulators.  Those stocks also didn't have years of saying one thing and having another happen but probably remained neutral and then they exploded.  IMO this is not some conspiracy theory but an all out effort to  hold TECO's PPS down at any costs.  If the collective buying volume numbers coming from Ihangout, Ihub, yahoo, and those just lurking were to increase at once then IMO the PPS will only move up at the mercy of the MM's, Hedgies, and brokers.  They won't scare easily because at this point they have so much to lose with trying to cover vapor shares.  I want the PPS up as much as anyone else and then there is reality.  I hope I'm wrong but we shall see what the coming weeks bring for buying volume and from the numbers who believe in all the good forthcoming news in different stages of development.  I think the majority of the heavy buyers now need to see solid evidence and/or the financial reports versus "factored in".
