As I mentioned before shorter bashers who have been trying to reduce pps to .0001 may have called dtc and falsely said cwrn had issued unregistered securities-
some basher(s) keep suggesting cwrn is going to issue shares without a registration statement no matter how many times i remind them the PR specifically says cwrn will get a registration statement as part of the dividend of KMG shares cwrn holders will receive
they use every trick in the book to profit off longs. so dtc, unable to trace stock to certificates anymore, because the majority of stock of 1000's of companies can no longer be traced, (see article rocket posted on this on liefluib a week or 2 or 3 ago) apparently goes overboard/jumps the gun, just like otc did, and accepts the lie presented to them by shorters or whoever (maybe geo??) just a good possibility
just as shorter bashers told otc cwrn had had a paid promo campaign jan 2011 when cwrn did not.
OTC personally told me on the phone (see my long old posts on this) they, in response to calls about a promo, just looked at the charts and saw pps rising heavily and gapping up everyday, which normally does not occur without a massive promo campaign, so otc just assumed there had been a massive newsletter campaign without any further investigation (which would cut into otc's profit)
note -otc also told me there was no evidence of fraud whatsoever
otc didnt know anything about cwrn or its operations so they didnt know cwrn was a very rare low priced penny transitioning at that time to high profit revenue-which was the reason for the rapid pps rise -all they had to do was look at stockpromoters.com or any list of stockpromoters to see there was no promo by cwrn at that time
all dtc may know about cwrn is the sec doj trouble which geo keeps irrelevantly bringing up in the TX case, which shorters may have told dtc about ,so this may create a presumption of guilt in dtc 's eyes, just as Geo keeps trying to do re bob in the texas case
