Mrose33, It is my understanding that BWLP is a group of local and himr investors headed by Pedro Barquet. I believe you must have a local entity to do business in Panama. BWLP has a small interest in the concession. It allowed us to have an extra $100,000 we were not counting on, which can be used for ramps, roads, barges and even some applied toward the Tigerlynk. If I am incorrect on this, one of the other moderators feel free to correct me, but this is what I understand.
