dtc didnt give cwrn any notice of chill etc -they havent been following fair practices- they are NOW under pressure by sec which is under pressure by congress to BEGIN following fair practices in these things
when the 1st chill came out nobody knew what was happening -Bob spent days looking into these things but nobody could get any answers -dtc wasnt talking and wouldnt give reasons and there was THEN no due process procedure for removing chills etc-as noted by many co's PR'S dtc refused to even give co lawyers any answers
everybody seems to forget the political motivations involved -
a high level politician who decided business was evil was frustrated he couldnt do anything about big business so he reportedly ordered the sec to hire 100's of extra attorneys etc and go after small business including these low priced pennies
so sec apparently greenlighted, in violation of of legal responsibilities, to allow dtcc dtc otc mm's brokers etc to attack these low priced pennies w impunity without due process -this whole long scheme by these agencies is ripe for a huge class action for the fraud perpetrated against innocent 3rd party longs-and thus since ca early 2010 brokers have restricted 1000's of stocks
