Notice of Dismissal from SEC
Just to keep the record straight -thanks for posting it jmbar on other board- neither I nor a pc genius friend could unlock it
after all the lambastic hullabaloo by the sec over the Mar 2010 no gain no shares issued promo designed to raise funds to begin operations, sec is going out like a wimp -after combing thru everything-consent resolutions transfer agent etc, even the judges dismissal/closing of this case in Jan? left open the disgorgement and penalties option after officially closing the case-an odd contradiction-CWRN was found to be clean
civil penalties can range to 250,000 in 3 tiers- but ZERO civil penalty against cwrn- an odd end to imo a politically motivated case- see prior posts
