Hollund needed this first concession to prove it was a viable company, and must now do the work needed to produce. I agree with JB, and suggest a month or less before the first timber is removed from Bayano Lake. We will see a short road built to the harvest site, and storage structures. I suggest a ramp and winch system to remove timber from the lake, but I don't know what Hollund has in mind. We need to see an 8k with the details of the agreement and partnership, and I expect this to follow sometime this month. I also expect advance orders for exotic timber from more than one source. Keep in mind, this is just the beginning, and only the springboard toward much bigger things. If you ever hoped to find a company you could latch onto in its beginning and ride to the heavens, this company is likely it. One thing I am certain of, Hollund will not be the same company we see right now by next year at this time.
