I've lived in lots of areas, most of them not poor, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington, and now Ohio. This happens to be my experience in pretty much all of them. Unless you live in an upper-class area, which by definition is not the norm, then teenagers usually have limited amounts of funds and definitely don't go around vaping extracts,especially in the states with no MMJ. What they normally do is smoke regs in blunts, joints, pipes, etc... which was the point I was trying to make to Steeler. Kids smoke, they don't vape. The Cannacig isn't the enemy. Bad parenting is.
