I am not aware of any recent "DD" on Green Asset International or how, if at all, it still relates in some way shape or form to RFMK the company. I realize there was once a "first look strategic" alliance of sorts but it does not look like anything came of that. Below are some links and "DD" relating to Green Asset International from the past.

A post from me a long while ago with related DD on Green Asset, though note that just because nothing has ever actually come of Green Asset and RFMK or the potential for Green Asset funding, it does not mean it could not have happened during the time of the post.

That is about all I have as far as "DD" on Green Asset International. IMO if there was going to be some sort of merger or buyout, I would have thought it would have happened by now, alas we have heard nothing for months and months so perhaps all of the potential surrounding Green Assets was put on the back burner or just nothing was ever accomplished with it. I have no idea but all I can tell you is that the CEO is already allegedly receiving about $50,000 per month from IronRidge through the toxic funding arrangement, so it really is indeed a head scratcher as to how it is possible that this CEO has not made any corporate progress whatsoever on anything, not even the 10K, audit, chill removal, announcement of board of directors, product development, product launch, etc.
Where is the money going every month?
