I've gone ahead and requested that all the Production Reports for August, September and October be updated for C&C Petroleum Management that we currently are listed as the operator on (Operator ID: 120104)
If you remember, we (meaning C&C/TECO) are not the operator on many of the leases. TNC is the operator on the Mitchell lease, we don't know why they haven't filed them, but its their responsibility as the operator and we can't enforce that. The other leases were sold, so we don't have any responsibility to do them either. At this time, the only wells that remains in US Fuel's inventory (that C&C has interest in) should be the Lakeshore and Madeley F1H.
With regards to the Mitchell lease, we can request the PRs be filed on those leases, but that's pretty much all we can do on our end. We provide accurate numbers on our production based on our internal numbers which we give out to our shareholders on Facebook, Newsletters, PRs, etc.
We (US Fuels and TECO/C&C) will maintain the PRs for the Stockton 2 & 3, the Lakeshore, the Hill and any future wells that may be drilled. The Lakeshore well produced ~95bbl in Oct. 2013 as was stated in the PR on Monday and the Hill produced 601 MCF of natural gas as reported (this is reflected in the October PR filing just now).
