True, but look at GOOG IPO and FB IPO. They attracted every kid on the block with a piggy bank, not just upper Wall Street. Hoi polloi were all over GOOG/FB IPOs. That experience might have given some of them ideas. The global digital electronic world is controlled from a few connected rooms sheltering a small number of calculating high priests, so to speak, as we the masses have lately found out, much to our chagrin.
