OTC gamblers are a natural market for TWTR. Did the big underwriters of TWTR arrange a delay of OTC so TWTR would be the only game in town for OTC gamblers? The coincidence has a strong odor of ripe fish. With billions at stake in a world tightly harnessed by big players, anything is posssible. lol
