Enviro-Serv Inc. Announces Intent to Purchase All-American Lawn and Property Maintenance
TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Nov 7, 2013) - Enviro-Serv Inc. (ESI) (OTC Pink: EVSV) today announces that it has signed a letter of intent to purchase Tampa-based All-American Lawn and Property Maintenance, a Florida-based company.
Chris Trina, Chairman and CEO, stated this about the potential acquisition, "We are very pleased to announce this signed LOI with All-American and to commence due diligence immediately. I have been back and forth with the owner's over the last 3-4 months and elated to have gotten to this point. All-American is owned and operated by James Pickard and Stu Snow, two long-time Tampa Bay residents and close friends. The business primarily services accounts located in the Tampa Palms and New Tampa area of Tampa Bay. Everything about this acquisition makes perfect business sense to all parties," Trina explains. "All-American fits right into our wheelhouse and business model. They generate around 90-100k in annual sales and work closely with around 90 high end residential and commercial clients. There is a working relationship from years past where All-American was referring pest control and lawn fertilization business to their clients on behalf of X-Terminate and we look forward to that cross marketing to re-commence during the due diligence phase of this acquisition and of course way beyond."
