The total market has what 20,000 companies and we think the SEC is going to go after a crooked stock or MM who may have pocketed $1000 profit. This manipulation probably doesn't amount to a pixel on their radar. This would be like trying to chase a PnD from Panama, Canada or right here. Make the paper trail easy to follow and much of this would stop.
