Dtl was suppode to re-schedule that rainstorm and keep out of the areas we are drilling. Its his fault, not TECO's for monitoring the scheldule of the weather.
i also think he has a problem with open mouth insert foot disease. Buys shares and then shoots himself in the foot.DUHHHH!!!!
