Shares of ININ soared on Wednesday's trading session after the company reported its financial results. ININ also was upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $78 by brokerage firm Northland Capital.
For the third quarter 2013, ININ posted total revenues of $78.0 million, a 32% increase year over year, and GAAP net income of $1.6 million, or $0.08 per diluted share based on 21.2 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding, compared to GAAP net loss of ($445,000), or ($0.02) per diluted share, based on 19.3 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding, in the same period the prior year.
ININ is a global provider of contact center, unified communications, and business process automation software and services designed to improve the customer experience.

Infosonics Corp. (Nasdaq:IFON)
IFON stock surged after the company reported a profitable quarter driven by an 84% increase in sales of its verykool(R) products over the same period last year, as well as its fourth consecutive quarter of record unit shipments.
For the third quarter of 2013, IFON posted net sales of $9.9 million, an 84% increase compared to the same period the prior year, gross profit of $1.8 million, a 60% year over year, reflecting the significantly higher level of net sales, and net income of $34,000, or $0.00 per share, compared to a net loss of ($1.2 million), or ($0.08) per share, in the third quarter of 2012.
IFON shipped 477,000 handsets this quarter, a 166% increase compared to unit shipments in the particularly soft third quarter last year. Sales to customers in South America more than doubled, and sales in Central America increased by 59%. Sales were also strong to U.S. based distributors selling to customers in Latin America and Mexico.
IFON continued to refresh its product portfolio by expanding its Xtreme line of ruggedized handsets with the verykool(R)RS90 "Vortex" smartphone and introduced the verykoolR)s470 "Black Pearl," a powerful smartphone with a quad-core processor, Android 4.2 and a 4.7" HD screen.
IFON is a designer, manufacturer and provider of wireless handsets and related products to OEMs, carriers, distributors and consumers in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. IFON sells and supports its own line of products under the verykool(R) and other private label brands.
