That's what I was speculating about yesterday 
Matt might just complete his audits and directly uplist.
"I and the Company are hard at work I know you cannot see that, but I do have a plan and I am moving forward.
I do not wish to file anything on the Pinks any longer and I need to put measures in place Once these are done the Company will once again be able to begin giving updates."
