Yep, but without buying or the company putting something out there they got us against the ropes. Even if we know what VERT has not sure there's enough conviction to move the stock...yet!
Looks like there is some push back on the ask, a little at a time. Last few days have shown slight signs of life and the DB selling the .0002s knows it.
