(OTCBB: WTER) (the "Company"), developers of an innovative state of the art proprietary electrolysis beverage process, packaged and sold in 3 liter and 1 gallon sizes under the trade name Alkaline88, is pleased to welcome veteran beverage sales representatives Steve Coats and Jeff Dole to its growing team.
From 1999 to 2013, Mr. Coats served as Director of Sales for Premium Water Co. of Minneapolis, MN. He was situated in the Dallas, Texas office where he serviced convenience stores, food service outlets, supermarkets and major retailers such as Costco and Walmart. Prior to this (1997-1999) he was employed as the Director of Sales for Music Mountain Bottled Water Company of Shreveport, LA where he managed major accounts such as Kroger's as well as numerous convenience stores throughout Louisiana and Texas. Throughout his career, he has introduced new products and designed or initiated multi-million dollar private label programs targeting high volume retailers, distributors and major corporations.
Mr. Dole brings proven multi-channel sales and brand development expertise that includes marketing development with OTM Inc (2009-2012) a private company offering a line of personal care products across the nation, as well as national convenience channel sales (team leader) for Premium Waters Inc., the largest private label manufacturer in the US (2002-2009). Success in this area led to his promotion to Sales Director during his tenure at the company. He developed a highly successful specialty display program for Valero Energy Corp. and worked with Bashamm Foods of Ft. Worth, Texas managing product launches and sponsorship marketing programs (1996-2002). His experience includes retail execution, multi-channel management, package design, business unit goal development, team and relationship building.
