Update on NOS merger timeline and EMIR application process

| Dear Recipient, Due to the postponement of NASDAQ OMX Clearing's EMIR license approval , the merger and migration of NOS Clearing ASA into NASDAO OMX Clearing AB, which was planned to take place on the 2 nd of December 2013, will be delayed, but not earlier than February 2014. The onboarding and member readiness activities for the planned NOS migration will continue as planned, this to ensure that both NOS and our members have satisfied the mandatory preparations, regardless of when the actual merger takes place. For more details, please go to the NOS Onboarding Web page The postponement of the NOS clearing migration will not affect the technical upgrade of Genium INET to 3.0201. The summaries of changes outlined in this IT-Notice 65/13 will be implemented as planned on 25 th of November 2013. The Swedish and Norwegian Electricity Certificate day future contracts in SEK and EUR launch dates will remain as published in this IT-Notice 87/13. |
