Spoke to Jason Novak of HIMR and things are progressing nicely like we all already knew. Jason was saying that what is going on is so big that you cannot justify it in one PR. For that reason HIMR will be putting out a series of PR's starting this week.
HIMR ( Sheldon Romaine and Peter Meier) are also moving on to the next business item and that is getting the TigerLynk built. In the mean time HIMR will be harvesting trees with divers. There will also be some discussion as we were aware of addressing Lon's shares. HIMR already disclosed (to us) what they are doing there.
Also brought up about the almost 200 million that traded today. Jason had no idea what was going on there but him and I were in agreement that it would be in the best interests of Lon to not excercise the sale of his preferred shares. All concerned would benefit greater including Lon. Lon is most likely aware of that and that is why he is in agreement to the restrucuring and or elimination of his shares.
