FindEx.com, Inc., entered into a binding letter of intent with The Renewable Corporation, Pursuant to the Letter of Intent, we have agreed to issue eighty percent (80%) of our common stock in exchange for either all of the assets of EcoSmart Surface and Coating Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of TRC (“EcoSmart”). The Transactions would result in a change of control and fundamental restructuring of the Company, including not only our board of directors and operating officers, but also our business operations and strategic direction.
