Before I talk to admin, can someone tell me why this lie-hub post is off-topic?
All a matter of perspective and of dd.
Suspension is lifted. Fact.
Office could be anywhere, just not at old location. Especially in the virtual world that many businesses work from. Fact
Could be a business license in another state or country or in a business entity public is not aware of. Fact
There may be a website that his buyers use unknown to others. Fact
There are many ways and different forms that may be used than just the ones referenced that would bring the same or different trading platform. Fact
Conclusion: so called proof of company failure is in fact not proven, but opinion, as none of the above items have been proven false.

Very simple solution. If one doesn't like the decisions a company makes they have the option to sell. For me to post negative comments about a stock I own seems counter productive to me. I would just sell. People take percentage losses all the time when they feel price direction is against them whether long or short. At .008 or maybe even better losses should be minimal. If losses are large, because of being late in purchasing, a trader would be better served by analyzing and improving his trading plan than creating noise on a forum JMO.
