Espoo, Finland – Telecoms IT solutions provider Tecnotree today announced it has been positioned in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) 1 for the third consecutive year.
Gartner predicts the worldwide IRCM market to grow from around $18 billion in 2013 to more than $20 billion in 2017. The Magic Quadrant evaluates solution suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other functions.
CSPs are facing constant requirements to improve their Business Support Systems (BSS) to respond to the ever growing demands of digital services of consumers.
