Nice Article equijohn.... I am one of those guys that gets all giddy when the little guy wins... and that was a case of Pure Bully vs. Down Syndrome Kid
Sprint knew damn well, that once they sell something they can't still own it... their reasoning made no sense whatsoever... unless, that is, you lived in Russia during the Cold War! Where even the food you bought really was not your food to resell...
Anyhow... after reading this article I feel empowered, so I'm going to go sell all my old cell phones today! LMAO
Got one of those cool Motorola "Micro-TAC" flip phones from the early 90's -- Geez I felt like a damn Pimp carrying that thing around... you just knew the ladies were looking at it.... going to be real hard to see that Flip phone go. But maybe it's time....
