The breeze of change is beginning to blow. Check out Bill Gross' Investment Outlook. He essentially tapped into my brain when writing his latest piece, and he has supersized influence. Im seeing more and more "green shoots" of justice appearing, although many still qualify as merely increased superficial gestures. But not GROSS.
