We attempt to respond to every question we can. We can't monitor every form of communication every moment of the day. That's a high standard to hold any IR department to. Unfortunately, as a result, sometimes communications are missed -- but issues are noted and are commented on in weekly newsletters when appropriate.

We apologize if you dislike us communicating with shareholders on this board. If you dislike the level of communication we offer on investors hangout, you are always welcome to call/email us and you're more likely to get a quicker response through those channels.
