On termination of AS „GE Money Bank” participant status on Latvian Central depository
Based on decision of Financial and Capital Market Commission council to terminate credit institution license of JSC „GE Money Bank” and LCD rules No 1 „On LCD participants”, Article 9 Latvian Central depository (further - LCD) board on November 1, 2013 decided to terminate JSC „GE Money Bank” LCD participant status, consequently closing all JSC „GE Money Bank” corresponding accounts in LCD and suspending activities of all sorts that have been assigned to JSC „GE Money Bank” as a participant of LCD.
