HONKARAKENNE OYJ TO LAUNCH NEGOTIATIONS UNDER THE ACT ON CO-OPERATION WITHIN UNDERTAKINGS
Honkarakenne Oyj is launching co-operation negotiations concerning clerical and managerial employees to gain efficiencies. Co-operation negotiations concerning workers are aimed to gain flexibility for low-volume periods in production.
According to the company’s current estimates, the higher efficiency of operations concerning clerical and managerial employees will lead at most to the reduction of 30 employees, temporary layoffs for a maximum of 90 days, part-time employment, outsourcing and the relocation of posts.
Concerning workers the company’s current estimate is that co-operation negotiations will lead to temporary layoffs for a maximum of 90 days by the end of September 2014.
