DUTV claims to have secure a particular compression technology that allow it to broadcast high quality IP content using less broadband width than is currently being used in the market.
When we see AT&T, Verizon, NetFlix, Amazon and others broadcasting high quality video (and other) content that does not slow down networks nor take up the amount of broadband width currently needed then we will know that the market has been effectively penetrated.
If at that time DUTV has not produced it's promised BIG Telecom, partnership connections, Revenues from IP content, and financials revealing that they are part of the game then the jig is up.
For now that is the best accountibility we can hope for. The DD for now needs to be in the High Quality, IPTV and live streaming content arena. Progress made in these areas mean progress toward discovery the truthfulness of DUTV's statments.
All In my Honest Opinion.
